Riverton Middle School serves approximately 2,500 students from the Riverton, Wyoming area. Academically, low reading scores were the norm and special education was the only remediation option. Searching for an alternative to address their Response to Intervention (RTI) cases outside of special education, Riverton implemented SRA Corrective Reading and SRA Read to Achieve.

Hellgate Intermediate was recently recognized as a 2015 National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence for Exemplary Achievement Gap Closing.

There was no shortage of reasons for why students at John R. Kment Elementary School had low achievement scores in mathematics. The Verona Area Core Knowledge® Charter School (CKCS) is a public school option in Verona, Wisconsin. A long time champion of Direct Instruction, the school will celebrate the 20th anniversary of its initial DI implementation on January 16, 2016.
The Sumner School District focuses on creating a learning environment where academic success is the standard for each child. With approximately 20 percent of students falling behind, the challenge was immense. Direct Instruction was identified as the curriculum solution to increase student success.
Cartwright School District has a long history of providing educational excellence for students in grades K–8. In their grade 8 class, as many as 1/3 of the students lacked basic skills and knowledge in reading and math.
